We are a growing internet marketing company in need of a person that is good in JavaScript to join our operations team. We are looking for someone that is detail oriented, focused on the user experience, can think outside of the box and is able to work in a fast paced environment.
The main focus of this position is to set up form validation on our websites using JavaScript and to assist in maintaining these websites. This position is ideal for someone that wants to do more than just code. You would be learning about other areas in Ops and would also assist in helping us manage our online advertising campaigns.
We have our own PHP adserver and we use this to power our sites. You would be building offers within this system that would display targetted ads to users based on their geo, gender, age and other data points. We also build in-house technology and systems that provide support to our sales force and daily operations of the business. If you would like to help improve on any of these systems, we welcome the feedback and input.
This is a full time position that would require you to work in our office in Downtown Manhattan. We have a creative environment that is relaxed but professional and do not sit in cubicles. We are looking for collboration so, you must be able to coomunicate well with others.

Responsibilities:
Report directly to the COO
Working directly with advertisers to obtain campaign assets and provide support for creative related inquiries/issues.
Maintain and assist in building websites
Analyzing campaign performance, ensuring they are effectively maintained to guarantee optimal delivery.
Troubleshoot any ad creative issues that affect tracking, implementation, or reporting.
Provide strategic analysis and insight on campaign delivery and management.
Generate and compile reporting to perform delivery analysis based on campaign metrics.
Requirements:
Strong familiarity or web development experience with JavaScript and HTML (PHP and SQL databases is a plus)
Excellent oral and written communications skills.
Must be detail oriented, analytical, and organized
Ability to meet deadlines and expectations with limited supervision
Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel
Applicant must be willing to learn new skills, multi-task and be able to work in a team environment.
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
Must be flexible to changing priorities and willing to assist wherever needed
